This 220+ page soft cover book (with a special binder so it holds open) has everything you want to know about stretching; how, when, why. This book has been used by the exercise physiology, physical therapy, and sporting world for 2 decades.

It has all different stretches illustrated and explained for different body parts and circumstances/medical issues such as "computer and desk stretches", "airplane stretches", "gardening", "in the morning", and "before bed"

Then it has a very extensive section on routines for every sport imaginable. (37 of them!)
It also has diagrams showing how NOT do to something to prevent injury.

I recently used some of these stretches when working at the auto plants. So many back issues there.

This book is readily available at any bookstore and online.
