Calories
Burned Canoeing/Rowing
First,
convert your current weight to kilograms
By dividing by 2.2.
Example 150# person = 68.2 kilo
Here are the
conversions, you'll have to decide how fast and intense you
worked out. You can "piece meal" it and add it together
or figure out what your average is.
The following
numbers are based on ONE HOUR's worth of work.
Take that into consideration on how long the class is.
Canoeing/Rowing 2.0-3.9 miles per hour, leisure light effort
Use Kilo weight x 3.0= calories per hour
Canoeing/Rowing 4.0-5.9
