Share. Otherwise, you'll get 1000-2000 calories in each appetizer
or platter, and another 1000 in your dessert.
2. Fajitas. Ask for less oil and no butter. And skip the sides

of (90-calorie) sour cream to dodge 5 grams of saturdated fat.
8. Tortillas. Limit them. Each adds 120-140 calories (fajita
size) to around 300 cals (burrito size).
9. Combos. Hold combo platters to no more than 2 items.
10. Fillers. Skip sweet corn tamalito or spoon bread and save
180-250 cals.
