Exercising ideas for July

  • Visit a Metropark or campground where you can go on a  nature walk, bike or roller blade.

  • Walk the beach - this burns 2x as many calories as walking on regular ground (so 1 mile walked = about 2 miles).  

  • It's HOT...Get Wet! Swim! See last month's tip for more details).

  • Play Frisbee in the water or water vollyball!

  • Play with your kids or someone elses.
