Are You Hooked on Exercise?

• Do you force yourself to exercise even if you don't feel well?
• Do you freak out of you miss a workout?
• Do you calculate how much you'll exercise based on how much you eat?
• Would you rather exercise than get together with friends?
• Do you have trouble sitting still because you think you're not burning calories?
• Do you worry that you'll gain weight if you skip exercise for one day?
• Do you exercise for more than 1 1/2 hours a day....and are not training for an event?


These are all signs that you may be exercising for the wrong reasons.
Exercising to these rules is a form of bulimia.
