Every so often I do a  MENTAL exercise tip instead of physical.  This is a template to use for journaling.  When you feel you've lost focus because life gets in the way, and need to get back on track, this may help. The % of 100 is a way to mentally "weigh" how much something may be bothering you.  The list may have 10 things on it but the first couple are the biggest items and may encompass 75% of what's on your mind.
