Is it ok to do ab work daily?
Answer:
It depends on what you're doing for ab work.
If you are just doing basic crunches then yes it's ok to do
it daily.
If you are using resistance for ab work, such as holding a
dumbbell, using a machine or doing lower ab work with a medicine
ball between your knees then its considered resistance training
and you'll need a day of recovery from that.
Using resistance is how people achieve the "6-pack"
look. You can't achieve it from crunches alone.
