with Weights

Is it a good idea to walk with ankle weights?
Answer:
NO!!!!
When you walk with ankle weights it alters your gait (your
pattern of walking) putting you at risk for hip, knee and
ankle problems.
It is ok to do floor work
with ankle weights such as slow leg lifts and other moves.
It gives you more resistance and will help build muscle. Just
don't walk with them on.
