3 Simple Exercises for Better Balance

Walk heel to toe
Put your heel just in front of you’re the toes on the opposite food each time you take a step. Heel and toes should almost touch.

Stand on one foot
Do this while waiting in line at the grocery store, bank, bus stop etc

Stand up and sit down
Without using your hands
