Very low fat: (less than 1 gram of fat per ounce)
Chicken breast
Turkey breast
Tuna in water
Egg whites (use lite mayo)
All fish and shellfish (use lite mayo)
Venison

Low Fat: (3 grams of fat or less per ounce)
Roast beef
Tuna in oil
2% fat cheese slices

Medium Fat: (5 grams of fat per ounce)
Chicken dark meat
Turkey dark meat
Lamb
Full eggs
Most low fat cheeses
Turkey pastrami
Turkey bologna

High Fat: (8 or more grams of fat per ounce)
Salami
Bologna
Pastrami
Pepperoni
Hot dogs
Regular cheese

Peanut butter (does not contain sat. fat)
