Resolutions
On my website located under the Food Diary Icons is my "behavior
grid."
It's a daily and weekly check off list to see how you are doing.
The items I've included on it are the pitfalls I most commonly
see.
Skipping meals
Getting enough protein
Getting enough fruits and veggies
Planning ahead
Hydration
Aerobic Work
Weight training
Etc
These ideas may
spark some interest as so what to start with for your new year's
goals. There are some blank columns to fill in your own ideas
too. It will also give you credit for all the good things you
ARE doing. Always try to keep it positive. My clients all know
about their "bragging rights."
