2 LOW-FAT ROLLUP APPETIZERS
1. RANCH VEGGIE ROLL UPS
8-oz. low-fat or fat free cream cheese
½ packet of ranch dressing powder
Carrots, shredded or finely chopped
Scallions, chopped
Red pepper, (if desired) chopped
Tortilla shells or Lavish, preferably whole wheat
Mix ranch powder with the cream cheese
Spread 1-3 Tbsp on tortilla or lavish (depends on the size)
Sprinkle carrots, scallions, and pepper
Roll up and cut into pinwheels
2. MEXICAN ROLL UPS
8- oz low-fat or fat free cream cheese
½ packet taco seasoning
Low-fat shredded mexican cheese
Tortilla shells or Lavish, preferably whole wheat
Mix taco powder and cream cheese
Spread on tortilla or lavish
Sprinkle with cheese
Roll up and cut into pinwheels
