Mori-Nu Lite Tofu,
firm
canned or cooked pumpkin
honey
vanilla
Pumpkin pie spice OR next four ingredients
ground cinnamon
ground ginger
ground nutmeg
ground cloves
pastry crust (deep dish) |
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Blend tofu in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into a 9" unbaked deep dish pie shell.
Bake for approx. 1 hr. Filling will be soft, but will firm
up as it chills. Chill and serve. Make 1-9" pie.
