10.5-oz box silken firm, lite tofu (such as Mori-Nu)
8-oz package fat free cream cheese
8-oz container fat free cool whip
can cherry pie filling |
Directions
Blend tofu and cream cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth. Mix in cool whip and cherry pie filling saving a bit of pie filling for garnish. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Garnish with remaining filling.
Makes about 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
