Ingredients:
1 box fun shaped pasta, preferably whole wheat such as Hodgson Mills™ or Prince’s Healthy Harvest™ (whole wheat blend)
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and chopped
˝ cup scallions/green onions, chopped
˝ bag matchstick carrots, chopped even finer
1 bottle lite or fat free Italian Dressing
1/3-1/2 bottle McCormicks Salad Supreme™ seasoning
Directions:
Boil noodles, and drain.
Meanwhile, cut up vegetables.
Mix all ingredients together and chill. (Even better the next day)
1 cup is about 175 calories (less if more vegetables are used)
This is about 2 starch/carbohydrate servings, low fat and high fiber.
